My name is Jennifer Ellison. I have been a loan consultant with Summit Funding for 10 years
and also hold a California State Broker’s License. I am a native of Santa Barbara and have bought, sold
and exchanged real estate for many years. I also have a background in small business consulting and
hold a bachelors degree from UCSB in Sociology. I purchased my first home in Santa Barbara in 1982.

My job, is to work with clients to help devise a real estate plan that supports their greater financial goals.
This includes choosing loans which fit their individual goals, securing the most competitive rates available
and planning ahead to target future real estate investments. As a Broker, I have access to the nation’s
top wholesale lenders and always secure the most competitive rates for my clients.

I have brokered loans for literally hundreds of purchase transactions and refinances including, equity
lines, cash out 1st mortgages and 1031 exchanges. I have also taught real estate finance classes to new
Realtors at both Sotheby’s and Coldwell Banker. A wide breadth of knowledge and years of experience
allow me to confidently guide each of my clients though the myriad of decisions that encompass each real
estate transaction. I have years of experience working with escrow and title officers, Real estate agents,
lenders, underwriters, appraisers and exchange companies. My job is to manage the entire process
so you don’t have to.

I have built my business based on a sound knowledge of real estate finance, a commitment to serve my
clients only when I can improve their financial position, honesty in my work and a sensible approach.
My business grows each year as a result of hundreds of my clients referring their friends and family. I
